My name is Max and I love mountain biking.  It has been my hobby of choice for twenty years which has lead to many amazing friends and experiences.  I like to ride all of the dirt from flowy singletrack to techy downhills to tricky climbs, if its in the dirt I enjoy it.  Mountain biking is a heavy influence when choosing places to live and vacation, because biking makes everything better.  I currently live in Colorado and it has so much to offer!

When it comes to riding I'm a fast downhiller in the XC crowd, a strong climber in the enduro groups, and regularly hit little jump features.  My perfect mountain bike is a trail bike with heavy duty tires and brakes so I can ride up and down the mountain.  

I'm 6'1" and prefer size large bikes 95% of the time.  I've been riding clipless so long that my feet clip out faster than I can think of it.  I also prefer long crank arms so I can grind at a lower cadence.  Usually prefer air suspension over coil due to the ease of adjustment.

2023 Magura MT7 Brakes review - REVISED and Downgraded

2023 Yeti SB160 T3 Review

  Hi readers!  In this blog I will review the new Yeti SB160 with the T3 build, in a new color "Cobalt, and answer the question, "could I be a dentist"?  I rented this bike from Yeti's Corporate Office in Golden, CO for a mere $40!  Btw, the crew there were super rad and kind.  One of them even made me an espresso after I mentioned I was exhausted and had a long drive ahead of them, very kind folks!
